I had very mixed experiences during my stay, with some high points and quite a few low ones. The staff in some areas, like the front desk, could be more welcoming, and I faced issues with my room's condition. However, the historical charm of the hotel is undeniable, and there are some lovely spaces to enjoy. The price I paid felt a bit high for the value received, especially considering the problems I encountered.
